Q: Why don't you sell just website or just promotion services a la carte?
A: We've seen too many restaurants get sold a partial solution. They either get a website,
with no commitment to drive traffic to the site and ultimately the restaurant; or they get support for web promotion without a website.
We are committed to taking responsibility for all aspects of online services and promotion that your restaurant has at its disposal.
Q: I like your service, but I am not excited about the designs of your current clients or sample sites.
Can I have input into a design for my site?
A: YES. During our introductory year, we will design your site to suit your needs. After the introductory year,
it will cost money for a custom website -- so act now.
Q: Do you support online reservations?
A: We have a basic reservations module built in to our price. We have a more advanced online reservations module
that we charge $20 per month more for, and we can integrate to 3rd party online reservation systems such as OpenTable.
Q: I own several different restuarants, can I get a discount?
A: Call us to discuss, we have the ability to discount if you own more than two restaurants.
Q: How much extra will it cost to replace my site with a new design two years down the road?
A: NOTHING! Not only is this covered by your monthly fee, you can choose from one of our templates and
have your new site with the click of a button.
Q: Can you build a website for a Chinese Restaurant with Chinese character support?
A: We are in the process of developing this support, please submit your information to us on our

A: No, sorry. We are focused solely on helping restaurants so that we may offer the best service
possible to our customers.
